Qualifications:
30 years of experience. PhD. The Union Institute, Cincinnati; Masters in Counseling Psychology, Marist College, Poughkeepsie; Bachelors in Political Science and International Relations, San Francisco State University. Year-long Post-Doctorial Training at Daytop Village in Rhinebeck, NY working with adolescents and adults involved with alcohol and drugs, teaching life skills to negotiate difficult life and career transitions. Extensive experience consulting couples considering marriage, cohabitation, or divorce. Private psychotherapy practice since 1990. State of Vermont License Number 097-0001181.
Fee and insurance information:
Sliding scale: $35 - $95 per hour. I will be reimbursed by most insurance companies and all of the mental health agencies in Orange County. I also accept payment from Crime Victim Services, VOC Rehab, HCRS, Families First, Lincoln Street, Inc.,Howard Mental Health, CBA, CIGNA, John Alden, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Mass., New York, and New Hampshire.

Former faculty member at Rutgers, Antioch, Marist, and Temple University teaching psychology, urban anthropology, career planning, and criminal justice. Special Consultant for two years with the Behavioral Science Unit at the FBI Academy, Quantico, Va., designing curriculum for the first FBI classes in Psychological Profiling, Serial Murders, and Crime Scene Analysis, (Now called CSI).
