In my practice, I help to un-learn beliefs that are holding us back. We take into account a global and social impact, a personal history, a sense of spiritual connection in evaluating our outlook on life. Stress reduction and meditation are a component, as well as the exploration of art as therapy. The areas of life effected by PTSD and/or substance abuse & addictions are core focus areas.

Qualifications:

AA in Human Services; BA in Psychology, MA in Expressive Therapy, certification in DBT and EMDR Many years experience dealing with traumatic history or substance abuse and addictions.

Sliding scale or barter, not accepting insurance.
