Becoming a member of Associated Psychotherapists of Vermont is easy and rewarding.

1. Dues are $30 per year. Please send a $30 check, payable to APOV, to Ray L. Merrihew, 41 Burnham Ave, Rutland. VT 05701.
2. Please be sure to include your phone and email address with your check.
3. Then please tell us a little about yourself and your practice, using the NEW MEMBER INFORMATION, below. When you press "submit," your INFORMATION FORM will go only to three members of APOV's Board of Directors, and to yourself if you check that option:
