Psychosynthesis is a transpersonal psychology that looks at you both as a person in the present, and who you are becoming or have the potential to become.
Services: I offer short, medium or long term counseling to individuals and couples for the following experiences: lack of meaning & purpose in life, coping with change, depression, anxiety, stress, tackling “inner critics”, lack of self-confidence, personal development, relationship difficulties, abuse/trauma, bereavement, work issues.
